A LowPoly house model, made for tycoon games but can also be used for other purposes.This pack features:-4 Build phases, showing the build process of the house (seperate models).-2 Variants of the finished house (seperate models).-4 Destruction Phases, showing the destruction process of the house (seperate models).-One showcase model containing all phases side to side, in order, with a small human model for proportion checking.-FBX version of all models (except the showcase model).

Doubles have been removed, extra faces have been carefully, and manually removed for optimization purposes.
