Varna is a port city and seaside resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is located close to other resorts: Golden Sands, Saints Constantine and Elena. The city is known for its 6,000-year-old Thracian gold jewelry found during excavations of an ancient necropolis. Now the Archaeological Museum has been built on this site, where, along with these valuable exhibits, ancient Greek, Roman and Ottoman relics are kept. Another attraction of the city is the Seaside Park of the 19th century, stretching along the coast.
