Description

This is a transistor is modeled in the standard TO-92 Package. The texturing has the BC548 label which indicates that it is a general purpose NPN transistor.

Modeling and rendering was done originally in Solidworks and Blender. Other formats available: MAX, FBX, DWG, DAE, STL, OBJ, IPT, GLB and USDC

The transistor is real world dimensions taken from the manufacturers specification sheet. It is drawn in Imperial units.

The Blender model has of 542 vertices and 505 polygons (2 N-Gons) The STL Model has 7763 vertices and 15510 faces The Solidworks model has two configurations, one with the fillets enabled and a simple version with no fillets.
