Good asset overall, I am using it for a VRchat world with Unity. Not sure what happened but had an issue with the UV mapping on the glass windows. Also would be good to have the asset fbx be more modular (split into more parts to be easily edited as an .fbx). Also the single servers are different to the 3-group ones?? Why?
