What's included:

Native blender file with the Eevee animated green shader effect as seen in the video. The shader effect is applied to the floor, tv and tv case mesh.

4 x pbr texture sets for the tv, tv case, cables and floor.

Texture sets include base color, roughness, metallic and normal maps.

A free hdri for lighting from polyhaven.com licenced under CCO for distribution and use.

Note character and character animation is not included. This is a mixamo charachter and animation and can be obtained from mixamo for free. The shader can be applied as a material to the character to create the effect.

The node setup to create the shader is reasonably complex and I would recommend some familiarity with setting up materials in blender.
