Modeled with 3ds max 2010 in poly mesh format. Exported as .max and .obj. There are seven parts to this CD jewel case. This model comes as a ready to run Mental Ray renderable 3ds max scene. Complete with ten texture maps, rigging, animation, lighting and HDRI environment map.

The CD disc is made of two parts. Top part of the disc is the label art. The bottom is the CD data side mapped to resemble the spectrum effect. The two parts are link with the "CD label" as the parent. Next is the CD tray.

Mapped with a "Multi/sub-object" shader. Material #1 is dark gray color with noise in the bump map slot. Material #2 is the same with no bump but a glossy value.

Part three is the CD back label art. Unwraped UVW with a PSD file assigned. Part four is the CD case back. Assigned with a Mental Ray Architectural clear shader. Part five is the Cd lid label art. Unwraped UVW with a PSD file assigned. Part six is the Cd lid, assigned with a Mental Ray Architectural clear shader.
