This model is made while keeping the perspective of the game and production. It is a high-quality Dress with a highly detailed fabric texture and also kept it low on poly count with the help of a normal map of high-poly meah. You can use it for production. The normal map of the Dress is 99% accurate. For textures, I have used Substance Painter. The model is made in Blender 3.3.8.0 and rendered in Cycle.

Note No 2: Rendering Studio is not included.
Note No 3: In images, I have used a statue to demonstrate that if you try to fit it on a character, how it will look like. And that statue is not included. You can achieve the best result than images with some little tweaks and with nice fitting :)
Note No 4: Textures are in separate folder. If you want to apply them then you just need to copy maps and overwrite on strip-pathed maps. If you have any confusion regarding textures, you may ask.
