the rig is a custom rigify rig, it will be largely familiar if you've used rigify rigs before! Rig custom features include:

-double jointed leg/knee! that respects tweak settings -shoulder targets -basic warp modifier setup

MESH MODIFIERS CAN BE VERY HEAVY - highly recommend turning off all mesh modifiers until render. I use Mustard Simplify to automate this process, but it would work manually just as well
