Columbina from Genshin Impact. This is her NPC version, I can see them adding additional things to her once she's playable. I'll update her if/when that happens.

The water heel thing I'm not super happy with, I was debating even including it. I had difficulty figuring out what textures to apply, especially since I can't get a good look at it in game yet. I decided to just include what I did, but it's pretty minimal. Lowkey might be easier to make a custom texture, or even just adapting what I did for Hysilen's water Belly. Idk, you guys tell me what you think.
