Rigged character with costume based on early marvel movies outfit, skin wrapped to character mesh and then converted to skin, all in 3Ds Max 2016 then exported as FBX to Cinema 4D, saved in C4D and also in GLB and GLTF. Costume adapted from costume collection https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/character/clothing/comic-book-female-costumes-v1. FBX files tested in Unity, see images. FBX not tested in Maya, Blender and others so cannot guarantee it will import correctly. Use gltf and glb for blender.
