Anime maid girl rigged support both Eevee and Cycle come with shapekey for basic facial expressions.

In order to get anime color style you need to change Color Management to Standard instead of Agx or Filmic.

If you experience keyframing messes up make sure to disable Visual Keying in the Blender animation preferences.
