DESCRIPTION

RoboCop 2 (also known as RoboCain) was the culmination of the RoboCop 2 program. RoboCop 2 was intended to protect the people during the construction of Delta City and rid the city of Nuke. Development was overseen by Dr. Juliette Faxx, who chose the brain of a deceased drug lord named Cain, rather than one from another police officer, reasoning that the drug lord would be much more controllable if humans could lure him out with narcotics.

As part of Project Afterlife, the Old Man's brain was implanted into a model of RoboCop 2 after his death.
