This human test halls 3d model is designed for sci-fi scenes the entire scene is textured with 4k pbr material + the 3 human chrachters are txtured with 4k pbr material too. It also works perfectly for game or game enviroment how? just delete the 2 chrachters and keep 1 or delete the 3 and it's now low polygon or just request a low polygon version in any format you want. It also very detailed and real world scale (centimetre). You just import the scene to your software and render + zip file contains all textures in case you want to change any texture + every part of the model is named + The entire scene is lighted
