To create a cartoon stroke in 3D Max (render V-ray) used - V-ray Toon. In Blender (render Cycles) used - Freestyle.In Blender file is simple rig - Bones и IKSolver. Just so you can give a character a pose. I am not animator or rigger.

Model HAVE NO textures (just colors) and HAVE NO Unwraping.
