Size of textures range from 1k to 4k you can compress them based on your needs, make sure to use correct color spaces else it'll get messed up, linear for normal, bump map, rgb for rest.
Blend file also contains the original high poly model, have around 1M tris, all the textures are packed in the file.Contact if there are any issues.
