Many Problems: Missing textures (not even a normal map!!); Not low poly (The web shoother thingy has so many polygons, invisible faces etc.); Rig is not setup correctly, i.e. hand bones out ouside the hand; Pose setup is wanky;
Authors answer after a month: "convert bump to normal or use it as height or displacement" Thanks for nothing.

Okay so all in all it looks amazing and the design is super detailed, but I couldn’t get the rig to function, so I attempted to rig it myself but the eyes and webshooters wouldn’t parent to my rig. The way it was made makes it not fully function. I’d honestly like my money back.
