1) Kindly use cc3 pipeline addon for Rigging the character.2)Textures are Given in the Zip file,properly match with the same texture names.3)I have shared the main blender file for the character with complete rig.4)It is completely free,you can use wherever you want,there will be no copyrights provided on that.5)I have shared the addon also for the rig.6)I have done this riggings on blender 3.5 & blender 3.4.7)Lower version blender wont support on it may be it gets crash.
