The idea of such a model with dimples while smiling appeared a long time ago. And only now I've finally given it a birth! There I spent a while working on the proper topology (no N-gons), hair, clothes and facial animation. The animation in presentation is not really perfect but it shows what the model can. The clothes are removable and she has anatomically correct body. The staff is controlled by a single bone as well as polygonal flames in blender scenes. In 3ds max it's rigged with biped and not animated.
