A simple reproduction of a Patek Philippe Nautilus with emerald, the asset is game ready and the geometry is as much as possible;

If you want to change the pose, you can do so in blender using a curve modifier. Just be sure to have separated the watchstraps from the imported mesh and use the curve modifier only on them.
