Good afternoon, I made a purchase of a Patek Nautilus Rose 3D model, but before making the purchase I asked the designer if the parts of the pulse and the watch in general came separately and he said yes, but when I made the purchase and I went to print the clock pulse is in one piece and not separate as the designer told me. What am I supposed to do now? because that's not how it works for me.
