. Emmago's House is making sure to provide as much formats as possible. The additional file of this model has(Fbx, Obj, Usdz, Mtl, Skp, Glb, 3ds). Model has been tested in (Sketchup, Pcon Planner and Lumion). Model and Texture has been modified to match the requirements of the project, which brings us to the point that users can not reapply the texture on the model in the event of having an issue with the software not importing the materials. But they can only change the settings of the texture within the rendering process. That's why we provide as much formats as possible to make sure that at least one of them is going to pop up within your software with the material. And as known, this only happens when the software can't bring the materials.. Emmago's House is not issuing refunds.
