It's cheap. but you get what you pay for.
The UVs are a disaster and there's pretty awful texture stretching around the back and side. Also I wouldn't exactly call this LowPoly/VR-ready. There are plenty of gains to be had by some simple retopology, although those beads are hard to optimise. To make things worse the Blender file material is broken so you can't even rebake.
Needed a lot of work to get game-ready
