Here is a simple explanation of what makes this model special and how it is designed:
The Overall Concept This accessory embodies the essence of winter magic. It is designed for an ice sorceress, a frost dragon rider, or as loot found in a frozen tundra biome. It feels cold, sharp, and fragile yet deadly.
Raw Ice Shard The centerpiece is not a traditional cut gemstone. It is a jagged, vertical shard of crystalline ice or raw diamond. It is highly transparent with sharp facets, looking like a piece of a glacier that has been snapped off and mounted.
Icicle Spike Setting The gem is held in place by four extremely long, tapered prongs. These silver spikes are designed to look like dragon teeth or hanging icicles. They extend high up the side of the crystal, creating a tall, aggressive silhouette.
Frosted Snow Texture The unique detail on the band is the accumulation of frost. The top surface of the silver ring is covered in a layer of white, powdery snow or rime ice. This texture softens the metal look and adds an environmental storytelling element—as if the ring is freezing the air around it.
Polished Platinum Finish The underlying metal is a bright, mirror-like silver or platinum. It reflects the blueish tint of the ice crystal, enhancing the cold color palette of the entire asset.
Files Included: FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, ZIP (Textures). Quick Tip: The snow texture on the band works best with a material that has high Roughness and a little bit of Subsurface Scattering (SSS). This makes it look like soft, packed powder rather than just white paint.
