So is there a list of poses included with these models ? Or , is it more on the buyer to pose the model in the poses they want.

the poses are not included these are just demonstration but the rig is pretty easy if you can use blender.I can provide a specific pose if you want.
The goal of these model were to be used as a reference for 2d drawing but if you are good at modeling you can use these for making any anime characters :).
