A parametric building asset collection made in blender. All the assets in this collection can be modified using geometry nodes parameters, and can be used in different kinds of buildings.These are the window & roof assets 1, which include bottom, middle and top window & roof assets.Using the geometry nodes parameters, you can easily increase or decrease width, height, positions etc of the various elements of the asset. Each asset has its own unique parameters.
Note that if you see weird reflections in the rendered images where the asset is rendered is just because of the reflections of the sun, they will be easily fixed once you make a complete scene, or change the angle of the sun.
I have used only procedural material shaders for this entire series, but I have used HDRI from polyhaven for the lighting.
Also note that I have eyeballed the scale of the various UV maps of the separate assets to make them almost equal in scale, so they may seem a little incorrect, but you can easily fix that and make them exactly equal again by unwrapping the entire mesh again and scaling to your preference, as seams have already been marked. If you are modifying the different assets using the geometry node parameters, then you will need to properly unwrap the mesh again. For that, either you can unwrap the entire mesh again and scale to your preference like before, as again seams have already been marked, or use the unwrap helper utilities included.
This collection can also be found included for free, in any of my parametric building 2nd level collection, and in some cases, 1st level collection. So, if you are looking for a better value for money, then buy one of those collections instead of this.
All the objects are properly named, there are no duplicate objects or materials, all unnecessary objects or materials have been removed etc.
