This is a block-out of a restaurant. All the surfaces are planes - subdivided into square meter faces to work faster with magnet/snapping tools which can use vertices and edges. Walls, windows, doors and railings are consistent with this type of scaling, which is easy to work with in game engines with rooms measuring three meters in height. The second file is removable roof and the third file is the part of the lot that is asphalt. This type of model is the perfect starting point to start with aesthetics if you're designing a neighborhood or a town. I'm striving to maintain the lowest possible poly count for these models for fast and easy use.
