Comments:

• There are two meshes and one single material.
• Mesh 1: Cabin + Washbin + WC
• Mesh 2: Door with pivot point position adjusted for open/close angle.
• The pivot point of Cabin is centered at the base of the mesh (0.0.0).
• The topology is quad-based.
• There are no ngos in the mesh.
• All texture file names are prefixed with the object name, followed by the default PBR texture name.

• Game Ready.

• There are also files .blend and .fbx with the textures already applied:

  1. The textures folders must be unzipped where these files are located.
  2. The files are: restroom_with_textures_applied.blend and restroom_with_textures_applied.fbx

• object was not modeled for a 3d printer.
