DESCRIPTION

A parametric sliced buildng created in blender. This sliced building can be used as a starter mesh to create a more complex sliced building, or just used in scenes after retexturing if needed.

Note that these meshes are not UV unwrapped, and seams are not marked.

I have used only procedural material shaders for this entire series, but I have used HDRI from polyhaven for the lighting. Also note that any single such parametric buildings you buy from me like this will not be modifyable using parameters, but any second level or greater collection, for instance Parametric Buildings Collection 1 (around $79), or a similar one priced at around $59, and not Parametric Buildings collection 1a (around $39), or a similar one priced at $29, will give you the ability, to add or remove the number of floors, and change the structure more freely etc.

Also, I have tried to keep all these parametric buildings as generic as possible (some might even have completely original designs), but still I am putting editorial licenses for them.

Note that if you see weird reflections in the rendered images where building is rendered from top to bottom it is just because of the reflections of the land, which is plain, they will be easily fixed once you make a complete scene.

All the objects are properly named, there are no duplicate objects or materials, all unnecessary objects or materials have been removed etc.
