DESCRIPTION

The model is inspired by a building in munich directly across the main station. It is still existent although it has been massively simplified.Today it looks like any other building. It was built around 1880 and the model reflects the state at about 1900.

The building comes in three parts:1) OB01 - The outer walls of the building; if you don't plan to use the patio, this prefab would be enough.2) OB01Patio - the inside walls forming the patio.3) OB01InsideWalls - simple walls and floors inside the building to avoid looking through the windows.

The meshes are built from submeshes separated by material, so the materials can easily be changed.

Current number of verts and tris:1) OB01: 194,404, 153,4222) OB01Patio: 127,418, 124,8743) OB01InsideWalls: 1,240, 912Total 323,062, 279,208

The package contains 6 textures (most of them 4096x4096), 4 normal maps and 11 materials. If you don't need high def textures you can scale them down pretty much without noticeable effect.
