A very good model with a good texture. In Lightwave 3D, the texture isn't automatically applied to the surface. When I asked the author, icekazim, for assistance in learning how to apply PBR textures, he quickly responded with an excellent video giving detailed instructions for applying PBR and uv textures in Lightwave. It was a tremendous help. As icekazim has many more mountain and rock models at very reasonable prices, I'll be back for more purchases. Very satisfied!
