DESCRIPTION

Game/VR/AR-ready low-poly model of a precast concrete sleeve pipe that has 4K PBR-textures and is built to real-world scale (metric system) delivered with two different texture sets, one clean and one dirty.

Precast concrete elements are used extensively in the construction buisness and models such as this one is useful when designing urban areas, especially when creating ruined or postapocalyptic settings.

The model and PBR-textures are prepared for use with Unity and Unreal Engine, but can easily be adapted to other game engines, or for other uses. The model was created using Blender and Substance Painter. Preview images were rendered with Iray.

Materials & Textures
The model is UV-mapped and has a single material and three types of physics based textures, one for PBR MetalRough, one for Unity (metallic workflow) and one for Unreal Engine. The textures are not baked into the model, but are saved as png-files with a resolution of 4096 x 4096 pixels (8 bits) in the zip-file PBR textures.

This model has two different texture sets, one for a relatively clean look and one for a dirty one. All the textures can be found in the subfolders PBR textures - clean, Unity textures - clean, Unreal Engine textures - clean, PBR textures - dirty, Unity textures - dirty and Unreal Engine textures - dirty:
