Nicely detailed model. If you have a problem with a gap in the roof importing to Unity, open the model in blender, select the face that's missing, press CTRL+T to convert it to a triangle and then ALT+J to convert it to a quad. Then export it to .fbx.
I got this solution from stackoverflow and the model looks perfect in my game now.
