As part of the Kuwait National Cultural District and owned by the Amiri Diwan, this state-of-the-art facility hosts diverse events including music, theatre, film, exhibitions, workshops, and spoken word performances. Spanning 214,000 m² and completed in two years with a US$775 million budget, the complex features theatres, concert halls, cinemas, libraries, historical document centers, and a public park.
