DESCRIPTION

3d Residential Building originally created in 3ds Max 2018 and can be openned by 3D Max 2015 and above because I saved a file for older versions and rendered with Vray. Textures , vray rendering settings and material are availabe. High detailed and created precisely vertex by vertex as wire frame rendering reveals. No plugin is used.cm is used as unit. It is 68000 feet square.

Photoshop file which I used for final rendering that's thumbnail is available with product.Night scene and day scene available only turn off or on lights in the vray setting.
