Ground and 4 Floor Commercial and Residential Building

Ground and 4 Floor Commercial and Residential Building 3D model

Description

This building has 4 residential floors with medium range priced apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows for bright interior spaces, large balconies with secured glass railing and a huge terrace for the apartments on the first floor. The terrace has an exterior-treated wooden structure designed to make a customisable garden, suitable for hanging plants too. The first floor terrace is divided for the two apartments, having 64 and 77 sqm. The apartments on the upper floors also have large balconies, at 6 and 12 sqm. You can also see the wooden grilles on the sides of the building which do not only have a decorative role but they also cover the large bathroom windows for gaining extra privacy in case there exists an another building close enough. The windows are made of reflective mirror style glass, not allowing to see from the outside in.

The ground floor was designed as a commercial space with mixt use, suitable for a small neighbourhood supermarket, having a surface of 406 sqm. Considering it would be a commercial space, this is why it has very large windows but also a blank wall on the eastern side, suitable for creating a logistical entrance.

The download file is a .zip archive where you will find the project, the textures used and the photos above. The model was rendered using Raylectron.
