Futuristic building 3D model
Architectural 3D model of a futuristic apartment building. Modern style with tide openings, built around multiple small courtyards and terraces. A cooperative organisation of apartments. Floors have solved, functional apartments. The upper most floors are duplexes. Inspired by japanese metabolism and european modernism. The plans were derived through a grid corresponding to needs for various rooms and services, optimized for flexibility on multiple floors by eliminating or slightly shifting a module to create a terrace. The many terraces are envisaged as small green spaces next to rooms or larger open spaces for events.
Can be used in renderings, scenes. The diversity of ambients makes space for various activities on many levels Model is suitable for use in games.
