Kunming Changshui International Airport is a major airport in China. It is located in Changshui Village, Guandu District, Kunming, Yunnan Province. It is about 24 kilometers southwest from the center of Kunming. Opened in 2012, it is a 4F-level international airport and an international aviation hub. The airport has a T1 terminal with an area of 568,800 square meters and an S1 satellite hall with an area of 127,700 square meters. It has two runways, the west runway is 4,000 meters long and the east runway is 4,500 meters long. It serves as a hub for many airlines such as China Eastern Airlines, Kunming Airlines, and Lucky Air. The airport plays a crucial role in connecting Kunming with domestic and international destinations.
