-Just a simple design of a home. 24x40 -- 960 sq. ft. 6/12 roof pitch

-NOT 3d printer friendly out of the box, but could be if you edit it, maybe remove the roof before printing.

-Each square in the photos are equal to 1ft.

-Has a kitchen, utility room, dining room, living room, study area, reading nook, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 bedroom design with hallway in between.

-The utility room has w/d, shelves, water heater, and heat recover ventilator. Interior soffit is not added into the homes in this model to compensate for the air ducts.

-Everything was measured to scale as best as possible. 8ft tall ceilings.

~1ft walls are due to the 10" SIP design structure with full span 6/12 trusses.

-This could be a low income type home.

-Could be used as a low poly gaming asset as well.
