Pool House Low-poly 3D model

Hi my dear costumer, sorry for my english, im learning this language :)

This project was created in cinema 4D the basic models, elements, objects UVs were adjusted first in cinema 4D, addional there are folders with each furniture, sound effects that i configured in the project in unreal engine 4.

Later from cinema 4D the basic project was exported to unreal engine and you can find all the elements that make up the pool House project, materials, textures, animations, sounds, you can manage the 3rd person with control or with keyboard, the 3rd person is configured to walk or fly

Controls to manage the 3rd person: W,A,S,D to walk around the environment Space, to jump F, to switch to flight mode. In flight mode E, to go up Q, to go down F again to walk back Mouse for control the camera key 5 to turn on/off the tv the rest of the funtions will be show when you are close to the especific element, with key 1 to activate the funtion
