This structure is a parody of a store that sells various products in my country, due to copyright, I changed the namethe building was modeled in Maya and textured in substance painter

I am attaching files in obj and fbx format, also 15 rar files with compressed textures since CGTRADER is not allowing me to upload more than 4 gb

It has several objects inside, the textures are of high quality EXR resolution 4k format
