The Building use PBR materials, all packed into a blend file. This is a mid level poly, made for background cities, it has 363,625 verts in total for all 22 buildings. You will get 22 buildings in a blend file with PBR materials, an OBJ file with the individual building, and a folder with all the image texture used.
