Description
Okay, this is my first render, and i've really liked how it turned out! I hope this help you guys!
This model includes two air conditioner models, a high detailed fire escape, and i've done some fake interiors. Those work very well in a night scene but it may need more detail if you want to show, both, in and outside in a close up scene.
Available file formats: -fbx -obj -glb-blend.-dae

Imported obj and fbx into Maya. None of the textures were set up with their materials and the UVs aren't unwrapped or laid out for texturing.
