This is an imaginery city based on Houston architecture, the faces are 24066181 therefore 16gb is reccomended for the untextured version. I highly reccomend watching the preview I attached to get an idea of the City structure and what to expect. The textured version uses a 4k hdri and 8k textures baked down to fit the limit of 8gb Vram size for a Graphics Card and 16gb ram. Be cautious of this, although it is also possible to bake the texture size twice as low or high depending on how much quality you want and your hardware. You can go to the preferences -> display -> max texture resolution. You can also decrease the baked viewport textures to “fast”. In contrast for those looking to purchase it for the untexured version you can disable textures in the viewport by unchecking “hardware texturing” or just simply opening the untextured maya scene. For the textured version you must use Arnold to render, make sure to download all the texture zips attached from the first to the last including the hdri so that everything shows up correctly. You can right click and open the texture files with winrar or 7zip to extract. Moreover you should be able to get away with rendering the untextured version with 12gb ram if your graphics card has 4gb Vram, the renderer here is free to anything. If you have any hardware or any other related questions please contact me on YouTube, I will reply fast. Lastly place the maya file in your projects/defaults/scenes directory.
