The Maya and Blender packages contain each three files: A file with a single combined mesh; a file with the gate separated in parts and organized in groups, and a file with a render scene.
The whole gate has only one PBR material. The textures are trimmed, and the UVs are overlapped accordingly.Additionaly the material has the emissive channel animated. In maya the emissive is animated with an expression, while in blender it's animated through the shader editor, neither use keyframes fbx and obj also available.
