The 3D model is not included in the project.

This is a digital product (there is no physical product) intended for the independent production of sheet metal products. You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine or manually with a convenient cutting tool using a stencil (for example, a grinder). Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a bending machine or manually, at the end welding the parts together according to the instructions and, if desired, cleaning and painting the finished product. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.

The Giraffe involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1,5 and 2 mm and a bending radius of 1 and 3 mm. The weight of the Giraffet is about 135 kg. There are 75 parts in total. The design documentation includes 45 pages, 40 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 43 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (75 pcs.- files separately and for a sheet 2000x1000, 2400x1200, 2500x1250, 3000x1500), Drawings (45 pages), Instructions (43 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 1644х1125х4000 mm.

Please note that cutting files (Nests) are made for all parts, without dividing them into different metal thicknesses. If you need cutting files separately for parts with a thickness of 2mm and separately for parts with a thickness of 1,5mm, then write to me, I will make and send such cuttings files.

Using thicker metal for the leg parts is only a recommendation, if you want, you can make the sculpture from steel of the same thickness, but preferably no thinner than 1.5mm. The size of the sculptures can be changed within certain limits.

The project is available DXF with engraving and without engraving. Remember to set up the layers before cutting, otherwise the machine may cut the parts along the engraving line. The engraving layer is on the inside of the part, the bending in the drawings is indicated on the outside of the part. Cutting layer - Cut, engraving layer - Engrav

If you need to create a stencil for printing in PDF format or create a DXF file with all the parts located on the sheet metal format you need, please contact me.

The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities.

3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
