I created those tentacle creature thingies initially for mods of a range of games and offer it now to other, interested creators. The main previews are made from two of these games, which are based on the Unity Engine.
This contains two different tentacles, as you can see in the previews. Both are rigged (in .fbx format, the .blend file and in the .unitypackage) and come with 2K textures, includings diffuse, normal, metal, height and ambient occlusion maps. I also added one alternative diffuse, metal and normal map. Also the two different meshes include several shape keys, which can be very useful for animation purposes or just to make several different versions more unique.
