Didn't Animating in cinema 4D, How do i do?

I haven't used cinema4D so I don't know, but if you can import the FBX file, would you please try exporting using the following method?
1. Open the blender file.
2. Select the Armature and model.
3. File> Export> FBX
4. Check Selected objects
Check Bake Animation
5. Export FBX
You may need to select an animation take when importing this FBX.
It is usually named Armature | Armature Action.
