The R suffix stands for Rustsatze-- field modification kit-- in this case for underwing 30mm canon pods. One of a large series of Fw190 variants modeled by this creator. Arguably the best Fw190 models available in this poly range. Geometry is excellent and logically separated into subcomponents that make it easy to work with in applications like Unity and Blender. Includes diffuse (albedo) and bump (normal) map textures and a well-organized UV map that makes creating your own textures easy. Very happy with my purchase.
