The Aero Vodochody or Aero L-39 Albatross is the most widely used jet fighter trainer in the world. In addition to performing basic jet flight training it can also do moderate and advanced jet and combat training. The prototype’s first flight was in 1968. These aircraft were built by Aero Vodochody in Czechoslovakia for the Warsaw Pact Countries and the Soviet Union beginning in 1971. They have been in service as a jet trainer and light attack aircraft all over the world since the 1990s. More than 2900 have been produced. They are currently still in service with many air forces around the world. Some aircraft have been sold to the civilian market for about $350,000 to be used as a jet trainer and combat experience aircraft for adventurous pilots wanting to learn combat maneuvering and experience dog fights.

It can be used in an animated or static position within a scene for animation or animated video, or possibly programming for a flight simulation application.
This model was not designed for 3d printing, these are to be used as digital files only. If you purchase one for digital printing we do not guarantee that your print will be successful.
Exporting of models is limited but good for several software applications. This model is fully textured with all materials UVW mapped and applied. Most materials are planar mapped and major materials include texturing. All textures and materials are included as shown. Objects are logically named for ease of scene management. No cleaning up necessary, just drop your models into the scene and start rendering. No special plug-ins are needed to open scene.
In most cases the liveries are based on actual service liveries or paint schemes. Some of the units, airlines or countries who flew the plane are represented here.
