To move the whole plane: Create an empty (or locator it depend of the software),parent all the plane elements to the empty and it's
good ,you can move the plane by the empty and continue to move the parts of it.

Textures: 2048-4096 png (emissive include on it). If you want to use normal map in directx simply invert the green channel in
photoshop or Gimp.
File: .Blend (best version with transmision on transparency)
Export: fbx,obj *,Gltf.
* obj the no color output in principled shader need to be added instead of srgb for roughness,normal and metallic Axe rotation for external door need to be set on obj.
For gltf you need to reset the alpha shader (it import full opaque need to be set again).Alpha at 0.050 in blender.
For fbx and obj ,transmission on glass are not supported I'll change the shader to work without.
